Latin Cardio™


Latin American Dance has become one of the most popular forms of dance. Latin dance is usually fast-paced, sensual, celebratory and carefree, appealing to almost everyone. Robert's unique combination of a cardiovascular workout using Latin American dance steps has proven to be an unbeatable formula for fitness and fun. 

Every Latin Cardio class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down. 15 Latin dances are set to great music, carefully chosen to catch you in a rhythmic beat that keeps you moving and inspired. For each Latin dance, the basic step is used as the foundation of movement. Variations in footwork and arms are built in to maximize the workout and make this a true dance class. Different muscle groups are targeted with each variation, resulting in a complete body work out. 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, strengthen, stretch or tone your body, learn to dance, aid recovery, feel comfortable and confident about yourself or simply to promote a sense of enjoyment for life, Latin Cardio is suited to all levels of health and fitness, dancers and complete beginners, men and women of any age, any size and any condition.

Latin Cardio classes are in room that is mirrored to enable better body awareness and refinement through easy self-correction. No special equipment is required, just comfortable clothes you feel good in. Be prepared to raise your heart rate, sweat, laugh, puff, and have more fun than you ever imagined possible in a cardio workout.
